Edited review:: They could not take my calls, saying that dont operate on Sundays. I can understand that, but same call missed on Monday also. Their reviews and services seems to be promising, but when they show up as 24 hrs availability, my suggestion is that they should have arranged a dedicated call center for their size and prominence.

This is the worst service I ever used. These people sent very bad service persons who are very arrogant. In 2 months they changed 3 people. After sharing my review, these people tortured me to delete the review, i didn’t convinced so they are defaming me. By the way I cancelled the service. Now they shared my personal information here, this is very disgusting.

I opted for home physio for my back and knee pain which i have been having for long. Feeling much better now. The Physio Dr.Divya Lakshmi is excellent in her service, very knowledgeable, caring, polite, patience and a very nice human being. She has been on time all the day she came, no reminder required. Very professional but in the same way giving human touch to the service. Wishing the very best. The customer service and doctor whom i first had video call with all are very nice and patient friendly and understanding. Thank you.

We took the service of home nurse from Eminence medical and it was excellent. One of my family members had undergone a major surgery and we wanted someone to give I.V injections, 3 per day, for a 2 week period. Sireesha provided an excellent service with utmost care & concern. She was very sincere, flexible and always managed to reach on time - even though it rained heavily on few days. When there was an issue with I.V line, she quickly came up with an alternate option. Overall it was a very good experience.

I availed baby sitter services from Eminence Home care Services. They understood the requirements well and shared profiles accordingly. The baby sitter I hired was really good and understood things just in a day or 2. They also ensured that services are satisfactory and meet my expectations. Overall good experience with them till now.

I am extremely happy with their service. Mother has dementia and mobility problem and they had been able to establish cognitive therapy for her regularly. She has been doing extremely well after undergoing with it,they also helped me with so many things that I wouldn't have been able to establish on my own in a timely manner and which I can’t pinpoint exactly here. I like their entire team as they do sincere work as a team so that the things at hand are taken care of quickly and in a better way. I have to say special thanks to my care coordinator Harsha who had taken utmost care of my mom with patience and always with a smile and pleasant voice when he talks to her and without him, I wouldn't have been able to do what I established for my mom today. She is a hoarder and kept the house a big mess and unable to take care of herself,with his help, I was able to get the right people to get all the stuff taken care of in a short period of time. Its truly unbelievable to get things done so quickly with the right people in India if you think about it. They address every single problem and can arrange alternate solutions. Eminence team also helped me with getting a good care taker for my mom. By far I am very happy with everything they have done. The biggest thing I really appreciate about this entire team is that they are all very responsive to my questions and concerns as well are very quick in taking care of them. Most importantly they attend calls 24*7 which is very helpful for NRI’s like me. I would refer them to anyone in need in Andhra Pradesh area any day. Heartful Thanks to Eminence home healthcare.
